Air fryer Salmon & Veggies served with White Rice

Air fryer Salmon & Veggies served with White Rice never fails to impress, but it's surprisingly simple to make! This recipe is perfect for beginner cooks and old pros alike.

Servings: 1 - Prep: 5 mins - Cook: 30 mins

Ingredients

1. Salmon and Veggies

  • 1 Salmon fillets

  • 1 cup of your favorite vegetables (such as Carrot & Brussels Sprout)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Lemon wedges for serving

  • Crispy Onion & Green Onion for serving

    2. White Rice

  • 1 cup white rice

  • 2 cups water

  • Salt to taste (Optional)

Instructions

1. Salmon and Veggies:

Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) if in need.

Step 2: Place the salmon filets in a shallow dish and add cooking oil, salt and black pepper, ensuring they are well-coated.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, toss the vegetables with oil, salt & pepper. Place the salmon filets in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them. Add the seasoned vegetables around the salmon in the basket if you have more space.

Step 4: Air fry for about 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The vegetables should be tender and slightly charred. Serve the salmon and veggies with lemon wedges on the side.

2. White Rice:

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Use rice cooker or In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, water, and a pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.

Note

Adjust seasoning and cooking times based on your preferences and the specifications of your air fryer.
